    I did some tests with the 2.75.5 beta version of Blender to try out the new denoise function, which is brilliant.

    Is there a way to use the updated Cycles renderer from the beta install in BfA?

    Hi davis,

    No, this will not fit. Cycles is a bit stronger integrated in Blender.

    But just wait a few more days. The denoiser will arrive in the new Bforartists version when the new Blender version 2.79 is out. They have relased a first test build this week. Next week we may see the first release candidate. And i expect to see the final in 2-3 weeks then.
