    Microsoft and Github have announced that the former is aquiring the latter. Bforartists is on Github.. does this change anything?

    We have to see. When Microsoft starts to sell the code, or is implementing telemetry or similar nonsense, or when they want money for their service, then we will surely migrate to another solution. But for now i don’t see any reason why we should move. Github gives us all we need. And it is still free.

    Time will tell! Reading the articles leads me to believe not much will change – like the aquisition of Linkedin. I have been more keen on the latest administration of Microsoft these days than history.
