This thread is to collect the problems that arrived with the new forum, and to fix them.

Already fixed: wrong users connected with posts. Fingers crossed that this one does not strike back! I had to run through the whole import process again. As a consequence, all forum passwords are lost again. Please request a new password in the login dialog.

Still open: smileys needs some extensions. Like for :/ 🙁 and similar common smileys.

Still open: reassign developer roles.

For the records, the old PM’s are gone, and cannot be recovered. Same goes for the bug tracker for Bforartists 1. But we have long migrated to Github for the issues, so this is no problem.

I wasn’t clever enough to write down the active developers, and the user status did not make it to the new forum. So when you have been a developer at the old page, and are not a developer anymore, then please write here or by a pm, and i will change your status back 🙂

Hm, closed stickies are greyed out. We should change this too.

I found another issue. … When the images within the posts are wider than the allowed width they are squeezed instead of scaled it seems. ….  https://bforartists.de/forums/topic/over-the-rainbow-wip/

This works, might just be a problem with the old posts, because they don´t have the constrain proportions attribute checked? … Unfortunately there is no “Edit” option available on my old posts. Only on the new ones. – So I can´t try that.

The font of the forum text is a bit small. It should be as big as at the rest of the page. And here in the reply box …

The stretched images needs to be fixed at a one by one base. This can unfortunately not be done from the backend. But as told, you should have access to your old posts now.
